Pet Odor & Urine Damage

There are several levels of pet odor and urine damage. We recommend treating the carpet for odor and urine damage be done before cleaning it. The reason is that water or moist will reactivate the urine producing odor or extending the affected area to other part the carpet padding or even the floor. Depending on the levels of odor and urine damage, full elimination of pet odor or urine damage may take up to two visits.

Affected areas are treated with enzymes that will ”eat away” the urine present in the carpet; typically it takes 36 to 48 hrs. For these enzymes to work properly serious urine damage will require to remove and replace the pad, seal floor and trims replace carpet tack, apply odor elimination, and eliminator, and treat carpet to remove yellow color.

Carpet Protector

Carpet protector creates an invisible shield around the carpet, keeping dirt from sticking to the fibers.

It makes carpet fibers more resistant to oil and water-based stain. Also it helps routine caring for the carpet much easier.

Steam Cleaning

First, we vacuum the carpet using a commercial grade, upright vacuum. This removes up to 60% of the dry soil, sand, grit, and other particles before we start the cleaning process with cleaning solution or water.

We apply a safe and very effective pre - treatment with a high - pressure sprayer, to break up soil the deep down, emulsify the greases, oil, spots and other particles the vacuum didn't pick up.

After then we start process to extraction all soil. Greases, oils, germ, and other particles from the carpet using a fresh, clean hot water 240 degrees.

We finally groom your carpet with a special blower drying a room of 200 sq foot on 15 minutes

End result:  FRESH, CLEAN, HEALTHY carpet that is cleaned and stays cleaning longer.

Many times we find stains that will no come out just with steam cleaning. They will have to be treated with the appropriated chemicals before and/or after cleaning the carpet. In many cases, there is a color loss from foods, bleach or natural, light in these cases color has to be restored by dying or tinting. We remove most of stains, however some spots are permanent.  Last in these cases is to proceed with patching.
